Moving around too much on a flight is really annoying. If you are by the window or in the middle of the row, then you will have to move by other passengers when you get up. If you must move around to go to the bathroom, try to be quiet.
Do not fly when you are sick.
If you are sick, do not go on an airplane. Flights can always be rescheduled or canceled if needed. It is very easy for germs to spread in an enclosed area, so if you must sneeze or cough, try to do it in your elbow so that you do not spread your germs.
